Every 6 months we ask a particularly talented jewellery designer to produce an exclusive range of engagement rings for us. It is with great pleasure that I announce Alice Herald is currently working away on our new range and has, in fact, decided to join the 1791 team on a permanent basis.

Alice has a degree in jewellery design from St Martin's in London. She has worked for both very traditional jewellers such as the prestigious Benney jewellers in England (a jeweller who sports no less than four royal warrants), and at the other end of the scale her jewellery has adorned the hip and trendy young models on Alexander McQueen's catwalk at London Fashion week. Alice lives in Wanaka, home of some of the most stunning scenery in New Zealand. It provides a fabulous and beautiful environment to inspire her designs. |
