Initially I was a bit unsure about purchasing an engagement ring online. But I went ahead and found the customer support very helpful. It was reassuring to speak to a 'real person' and I found any questions I had were accurately and promptly answered.

I just wanted to give a big thank you for all the work on the ring - it looked even better than I thought it would and my now fiancee loved it!!! The timing was pretty incredible too, as I had planned to go ahead and propose on friday night, without a ring (controversially!) but then to have the ring finished early and literally hours in before the deed was great! La Lucia is a bold, modern design which makes effective use of the strong lines of the princess cut diamond in a bar setting. This is a solitaire diamond engagement ring yet it does not try to replicate the demure and delicate look of more traditional solitaires.

La Lucia design is well balanced and the bar setting, while certainly a prominent feature of the ring's design, complements the fabulous diamond without detracting from its beauty.

The edginess of this design then flows through to the ring's band.

The intention with this design seems to be for the three elements: the diamond, the setting and the metal band, to work together, enhancing one another rather than emphasising any one design aspect. That this design should work so effectively is testament to the high quality of the materials used as well as the quality of workmanship.
