I went to the post office to grab the parcel this morning, and recieved in my hands a medium sized box.... hmmm... strange... its.... bigger than i thought!!
I carefully unhitched the bubble wrap and held quite a unique presentation box... upon opening that box I found another! and then finally the ring. I sat in my beat up rusting car in the morning sun outside the postoffice and was literally blinded by the flashes of colour reflecting off the diamond.
I was initially interested in your company as my choice for an engagment ring because your site steers away from the now prevalent tacky and fanciful image of offering "amazing deals on diamonds and gold". Not only was your site easy to use, but during the entire process I have been guided through in a courtious and professional manner at every stage, from diamond selection to the delivery.
Yourself, your company and the business you do is a credit to the jewellery industry.
I also had a hidden desire that I wasnt going to just recieve a ring in a ring box... It was a treat to find that you (mindread?!) go that extra mile to impress your clients. But it should be said this has been your outward goal the entire way.
When my husband finally popped the question, I admit I was a bit relieved that he didn't already have the ring as I had spotted one on the Internet that I really liked. I was very wary about buying a ring off the net but it really was nicest ring I had seen. So I plucked up the courage and rang 1791's customer's services. Ardouin was just fantastic not only did she answer all our questions; she reassured us that the company was real and what we could do to check.
The ring making was quite a personal process, selecting your own diamond, progress reports on its creation and in no real time at all, it's delivery. I feel like my ring is really mine.
Now I'm the proud owner of my stunning ring and with a wedding band to match that they made for us at the same time.
1791 I love my ring and I wish I needed another, but maybe earrings!!!!
Deep Blue Diamond Ring Review
Undoubtedly one of my personal favourites from 1791 Diamonds, The Deep Blue tells its own romantic tale.
This contemporary design is original and unique with its channel set princess cut blue sapphires and stunning marquise centre diamond.
The gorgeous channel set blue sapphires perfectly offset the fabulous centre stone and add depth to the design, capturing and holding your attention. The design is reminiscent of the breathtaking alpine environment with crystal clear lakes, stunning mountainous peaks and clear blue skies.
With the marquise diamond set into a recess in the shank and the channel set sapphires the design is graceful yet sleek and unfussy. The beautiful band enhances the purity of the centre diamond.
The Deep Blue is well suited to someone who appreciates beautiful diamonds but prefers diamond engagement rings with an understated elegance rather than bold or elaborate designs. With the diamond and sapphires nestled securely into the ring shank, this style would also suit someone who leads an active or outdoor lifestyle.
