My whole experience shopping for the ring was easy. As a man, I have no clue what I am getting. So the team at 1791 were so helpful and informative as well as patient. The delivery time was perfect and when I saw the ring, it exceeded all of my expectations.

My fiance put a great deal of effort into finding the 'perfect' engagement ring for me and it was clear to him that it should be handmade. He could discuss his design requests via email and telephone at any moment throughout the entire process. His ideas were completely respected and he was supported with professional advice through every step. The friendliness and enthusiasm of the 1791Diamonds staff were very comforting along the way, especially because the quest for the 'one and only' engagement ring can be quite stressful.

After our engagement, a further plus was the free resizing of the ring which was very easy for us and done within less than a week. It was a great advantage to have somebody we could trust with this because they knew the ring like no one else.

We are extremely happy with the ring and the service we received. In the end, I really got the 'perfect' ring thanks to 1791Diamonds and their fabulous staff. When it's time for wedding rings, we definitely know where to go!
