The Customer Service team consisting of Erika and Ardouin will ensure all rings are made to the highest standards and delivered on time. Alice Herald is the head designer and is also responsible for product quality. The team is headed by Richard Prout BSc, who has over 20 years experience running companies.
All our diamonds come from sources that adhere to the "no conflict" Kimberley Process;
The diamonds in our collections are all high quality learn more;
We prove it by including an independent certificate for pretty much all diamonds, eg over 0.3 carat in size learn more;
We only use solid 18kt New Zealand gold or platinum learn more;
We always state the minimum Centre-stone-carat-weight as well as the minimum Total-carat-weight. Learn more;

Qualifications and Expertise
Our Product Manager has a degree in jewellery design from one of the world's more famous art colleges: St Martin's in London, UK. She has passed the Gemmological Society of Australia's Diamond Graders course.
