Getting the Right Ring Size
It is important that you get an accurate measurement for your ring. If you are not sure of the ring size you need, you can request our Free Ring Sizer and we can hold your order until you contact us with the correct details. Tips For Getting an Accurate Ring Size* Use one of 1791's fabulous, Free Ring Sizers. * Measure the correct finger on the correct hand. * Measure the finger when it's at normal room temperature. * The ring should fit snugly over the knuckle. * The ring should not be too tight nor swiveling. * If buying a wider band, then it's best to move up one size (larger). |

Resizing Rings
If your ring does not fit perfectly, we will resize it Free Of Charge within 30 days of you receiving the ring. All you would need to do is call 09 889 0981 (or +64 9 889 0981 outside New Zealand), or get in touch via the contact us page, and Customer Services will arrange to have your ring picked up by insured courier service, resized and returned to you. Resizing will take around 5 working days from courier pick up.
